With over 50 years of experience in plastics and manufacturing we are a leader in value-add plastic injection molding, automated assembly and testing, with full in-house tooling capabilities. We can become involved in a product’s life cycle as early as the initial design and development, and help plan the project lifecycle for maximum efficiency. We can also assist with material selection, full production tooling management design and development, all the way through series production, packaging and final delivery to the end customer.

Cumberland specialized in new development full contract manufacturing projects as well as in-sourcing of existing products to assist with overflow manufacturing or to help resolve existing problems a customer is having with respect to quality, supplier performance, or delivery.

+ 33 precision injection molding machines ranging from press sizes of 40 tons through 1,500 tons (detailed equipment list can be provided).

+ Fully equipped tool room capable of servicing complex to simple engineering changes, performing mold maintenance & repair, and full tool construction from design to production.

+ Variety of value-add secondary operations including Sonic/Vibration welding, heat staking, leak testing, pad printing, and automated sub-assemblies.
